Wreath Events
We’re back – and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to one of our favourite events of the year!
This isn’t just wreath making. It’s a chance to pause, to gather, and to experience something truly special before the Christmas rush begins. Whether you come on your own, with friends, or with family, you’ll be stepping into a festive, mindful moment of creativity and calm.
What to Expect
A Magical Outdoor Setting
Held at Wild Things (in the grounds of Millthorpe School), our wreath-making sessions take place outdoors – with a crackling campfire, cosy bell tents to craft in, and a natural woodland feel. This year, we’ve added a second crafting tent for even more creative space!
Relax First – Craft Second
We begin the session gathered around the fire, enjoying homemade festive nibbles and a warming Christmas gin. It’s a chance to slow down, savour the moment, and connect with others before we get crafting.
Sustainable, Beautiful Crafting
You’ll create your own unique wreath using fully sustainable materials – willow hoops, twine (not wire), and a gorgeous selection of foraged and handpicked foliage, lovingly curated by Michelle from Storm & Rose.
Guidance & Support Throughout
Michelle will demonstrate how to build your wreath and be on hand throughout the session with guidance and tips to help you create something truly beautiful and personal.

Forest School - not just for kids!
Discover, Connect, Create: A Forest School for Adults
Take a break from the hustle and join our monthly Forest School for Adults, an escape into nature where relaxation and creativity meet. Each session, we’ll explore a seasonal, nature-inspired activity—whittling, clay work, flower and leaf printing, fire lighting, foraging, or campfire cooking.
This is your space to unwind, reconnect with the natural world, and share the joy of learning something new alongside like-minded people. Perfect for anyone looking to embrace the rhythms of the seasons, build skills, and connect with nature.
